As I am writing (October 2026), I am in the middle of my 40's.

I have been a professional costume maker for 10 years, sewing and making for 30.

I have been a life and online business coach for 5 years on and off - whenever I feel there is space for it.

I have had my own online sewing and pattern drafting business in Danish between 2015-2021, where I taught sewing and patterns drafting, and sold my own digital sewing patterns.

I've been introduced to the online world of blogging and business, once in late 2008, where I opened and email advertising for cheap cat food, but got redirected to online marketing - and there and then I entered the online business world.

Throughout everything I have dabbled in, I have always honoured my creativity, and my own personal journey. And in this age (40+) of "fuck it" and "fuck that" - I no longer try to please by staying within the lines - and therefore not niching down to something easily digestible.

I am showing all the things, sharing all the things, and bringing you on my very own journey of self exploration, and creative expression.

You can expect me to be deeply feministic and anti-patriarchy.

I am actively decolonising my mind, my heart, my soul, my intellect, my emotions and everything - it's a huge topic, I probably mention things in my blog.

None of us are free until we are all free.

And we learn at our own pace.

What is Feel Good Rebel?

Feel Good Rebel is a living space, where you can get a glimpse into my world, and pick and choose some of the things yourself.

As the name states, I am a rebel - I do not particularly enjoy following norms and rules dictated by others - so I go my own way.

And I am always on a journey of feeling better and better.

Right now I am living my best life - and I know it can get better - so I aim for better.

For me it is adding all the things that are good for me, and subtracting things that are not.

Adding community, connection, creativity, joy, growth, exploration, and so much more.

Subtracting self-abandonment, lack of self worth, waiting for permission, and so much more.
