Payment
We accept payment via credit card and PayPal. The amount is charged immediately upon approval of the transaction. All prices are in DKK (Danish kroner) and include VAT.
Delivery
Physical Products
The estimated delivery time for your order is 3-7 business days. The product is shipped via PostNord as a package.

- To a parcel locker: 50,- DKK
- Home delivery: 65,- DKK
- You will receive an SMS and/or email to track your package.

To Greenland:
- As a letter (not trackable): 72,- DKK
- As a trackable package: 269,- DKK

Digital Products (E-books, Courses, Memberships, and Online Services)
- Digital products are delivered immediately after purchase via email or through account login access.
- If you experience any issues with accessing your digital product, please contact us at feelgoodrebel@gmail.com.
Right to Complain (Warranty & Defects)
In accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, a 2-year warranty applies to physical products. This warranty covers manufacturing defects or material faults. Depending on the situation, you may have the right to repair, exchange, receive a refund, or a price reduction.
Limitations of Warranty
- The warranty does not cover damages caused by incorrect handling, storage, or use beyond the intended purpose of the product.
- If your product breaks despite correct usage, the warranty applies.
- You must file a complaint within a reasonable time (typically within 14 days of noticing the defect).
Returns for Complaints
- We cover return costs within reasonable limits.
- Return shipping must be agreed upon in advance.
- We do not accept returns sent with cash-on-delivery (COD).
Refunds
If a refund is necessary, please provide your bank details (registration and account number) to facilitate the transfer.
- This information is not considered sensitive and will only be used for refund purposes.
- Your details are handled confidentially by the business owner or authorised employees.
Right of Withdrawal (Return Policy)
Physical Products
You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase, provided that the product is unused and returned in its original condition.
You must notify us within 14 days of your decision to withdraw via email. The return package must be sent no later than 14 days after your notice of withdrawal.
Return costs for shipping are the buyer’s responsibility, unless a return label is provided.
Digital Products, Online Courses, and Memberships
🚨 Important: The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products such as e-books, online courses, memberships, or similar digital content.
- According to Danish consumer law, once the purchase is confirmed and access to the digital product is granted, the right of withdrawal is waived.
- By purchasing, you explicitly agree to losing the right of withdrawal.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Custom-made or personalised products.
- Sealed products that cannot be returned due to hygiene or safety reasons if the seal is broken.
- Perishable goods.
- Non-financial services, such as coaching or therapy sessions, if at least 20 minutes of the session have been conducted or if the client fails to show up without cancelling at least 24 hours in advance.
- Digital content (e-books, online courses, memberships, and downloads), if the purchase has been confirmed and the product accessed.
Condition of Returned Items
If you return a physical product, you are responsible for any reduction in value resulting from use beyond what is necessary to inspect the product’s condition, features, and functionality.
- If the product is used beyond this, it is considered “used,” and a partial or no refund may be granted, depending on the product’s condition.
- To receive a full refund, the product must be returned in unused condition.
Reimbursement
If you withdraw from a purchase, you will receive a refund of the amount you paid for the product.
- If the product’s value is reduced due to your handling, the amount refunded may be reduced accordingly.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date we receive the return notice.
- We will refund your money using the same payment method you used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed.
- We reserve the right to withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned product, or you have provided proof of return shipment.
Complaints & Dispute Resolution
If you wish to file a complaint about a product or service, you can submit it via the Complaint Portal at:

If you are an EU resident outside Denmark, you may also submit a complaint via the EU Commission’s online complaint platform.
